People magazine has published in its section “Our Favorite Wedding Moment” an anecdote of Kristin Juszczyk, the brand new wife of Kyle Juszczyk, the NFL‘s San Francisco 49ers player.
Kristin told the publication that she will never forget her wet and wild wedding day, which took place in 2019 at Cedar Lakes Estate in upstate New York, and shared this story with readers: “There was a torrential downpour and while I was getting my hair and makeup done, lightning literally struck the cabin we were in.”
The designer, famous for creating custom garments for Taylor Swift recalled that her bridesmaids were very scared and looked to her for direction as she replied: “It’s sunny outside, what are we talking about? You could get a tan. We just decided to ignore it,” she confessed.
And that’s when the magic happened: Kristin excitedly told People about the highlight of her and Kyle‘s marriage: “The clouds just opened up and the rain stopped. Even though everyone was soaking wet from sitting there before, it was this magical moment of just being able to walk down the aisle in the sunshine, and it was just special.”
She concluded: “It goes by so fast. No matter how long the wedding lasts, it will never be long enough,” he said, five years on from that light-filled moment and at a time in the couple’s life when everything is hunky-dory, personally and professionally.”
