Gbajabiamila threw his back out while trying the challenge which sent his cohosts into laughter.
The Philadelphia Eagles posted a video on X on Monday, showing their players trying a funky challenge.
The players were told to run using the same arm and leg at the same time, instead of the usual opposite leg and arm.
All of the players looked silly while trying the challenge and descended into laughter around their teammates.
After seeing the video, Good Morning Football decided to give it a shot with Jamie Erdahl, Gbajabiamila, and Sherree Burruss.
Edahl went first, and tried so hard that her microphone equipment flew off her body during the run.
“I lost both packs Kyle,” she said after her attempt.
Gbajabiamila came up next and showed extreme confidence before going on his run.
“I’m gonna tell you this,” he said.
“I’m so coordinated that I can be uncoordinated, that’s how coordinated I am.”
Gbajabiamila went on his attempt, but didn’t move his arms at all, prompting Erdahl to yell at him to try again.
On his second attempt, he got the form right, but wrenched his back as he finished up the run.
“This is tremendous,” Peter Schrager yelled while watching.
“Now GIF it!”
Gbajabiamila confirmed after his run that something went wrong with his back after the attempt.
